A living companion for every plant you care for.

Point your phone at a leaf. Herbarist identifies the plant, builds a care routine that fits your plant, your light and your life, and keeps a photo journal of how it grows.

Why we built it

Most plant apps stop at a name. Knowing what a plant is called does not keep it alive. Herbarist turns the identification into care you can actually follow, and reminds you only when it matters.

Who it's for

Anyone with plants at home (from a first monstera to a crowded windowsill) who wants calm, practical guidance instead of noise.

What it does

01
Identify with a photo
Every result comes with a confidence level. When the evidence is thin, Herbarist asks for another photo instead of guessing.
02
Care that fits
Watering, light and feeding schedules tuned to the plant and your home, with gentle reminders.
03
The whole journey
Progress photos and milestones become a living record you can return to, and share.
04
Your garden, at a glance
A photo‑first collection with nickname, species and health for every plant you save.
05
Not released yet
Herbarist is still in development for iOS and Android. It is free to start; a Premium subscription will unlock more identifications and new journey entries.
06
Honest about limits
Identification is an estimate, never a guarantee, and never advice on whether a plant is safe to eat.
