Your week and your notes, in one calm app for Mac and Windows.
Mufka puts the week and the notes side by side. Plan Monday to Sunday, see today's meetings with a Join button, and write notes that link to each other, all stored as plain files on your computer.

Why we built it
Planning lives in one app, meetings in another, notes in a third. Switching between them is where the day leaks away. Mufka brings them into one quiet window without asking for an account or a server.
Who it's for
People whose week is full of meetings and ideas, and who want their plans and notes to stay private, local and in plain Markdown.
What it does
- 01
Your week, at a glance
Monday to Sunday in columns: to‑dos on top, an hour grid below and a line for now. Drag to move, pull the edge to resize.
- 02
Home is just today
Today's plans and meetings in time order, a Join button next to every Teams, Meet or Zoom call, and the day's note.
- 03
Notes that link
Plain Markdown in a folder you choose, even your existing Obsidian vault. [[links]], backlinks and templates.
- 04
Calendars, read‑only
Connect Outlook, Teams and Google Calendar. Meetings appear next to your plans; Mufka never changes them.
- 05
One keystroke away
Quick switcher, command palette, search across plans and notes, and a graph of how ideas connect.
- 06
Private by design
No account, no server, no tracking. Sign‑ins stay encrypted, in the macOS Keychain or by Windows for your user account.
