By using the Calexis Labs website at calexislabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Calexis Labs OÜ is a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia.

3. What the Site offers

  • Information about Calexis Labs and our products.
  • Research articles and engineering notes.
  • A contact form for questions, partnerships, press and investment.
  • A newsletter with occasional updates.

Our products (such as CodaDNS, Auspex, Herbarist and Mufka) have their own terms and privacy policies on their websites.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for anything unlawful.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or networks.
  • Interfere with the Site or disrupt it for other visitors.

6. What you send us

Anything you send us (for example, contact form messages or emails) is sent voluntarily. We use it only to reply to you. Ideas you share with us are treated as confidential and are not published.

7. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Calexis Labs OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us to use the Site, if any.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are handled by the Estonian courts, with the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
